Jili City Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for All Malaysian Players

Welcome to Jili City (jilicity.click). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of our platform, you agree to be fully bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and all other policies published by Jili City from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the Jili City platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the most current version.

Platform Jili City is exclusive to users who meet the following eligibility criteria. Jili City reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify your eligibility status.

You Are Eligible to Register If:

• You are 18 years and above at the time of registration
• You are a legal resident or citizen of Malaysia
• You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes
• You are not on Jili City's self-exclusion list
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

You Are Not Eligible to Register If:

• You are under 18 years of age
• You are registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity
• You have previously applied for self-exclusion from this platform
• You are a staff member, agent, or contractor of Jili City or any of its affiliated companies

Each user is permitted to hold only one account only at Jili City. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

User Responsibilities

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date
• You are solely responsible for password confidentiality your account
• Notify Jili City immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• The registered name must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet owner being used
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed

Accepted Deposit Methods

• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to the requirements rollover (wagering requirement) which varies by bonus type

• Bonuses may only be used for betting activities within the Jili City platform
• Each member is entitled to the Welcome Bonus once only once only

General Betting Rules

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once placed, except in circumstances specified by Jili City
• Jili City reserves the right to void or correct any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error

Jili City reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or for operational, security, or legal compliance reasons.

• Users may close their own account by contacting Jili City customer support
• The requested account closure will be processed within 5 working days
• Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the required conditions) will be returned to the user
• Accounts closed due to serious violations will not be eligible for a refund of any remaining balance

• In the event of a technical disruption affecting a bet, Jili City will exercise reasonable discretion to resolve the matter fairly
• Jili City's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount credited within the 30 days preceding the claim

Jili City reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
